ISS Network Services “Primary Model” To effectively manage our network services resources and meet
our clients’ objectives we utilize a “primary assignment”
model: a model in which the client is “matched with” and assigned
a primary contact for network services needs.
The primary contact is the clients’ “anchor person”
– the technical professional who is completely grounded in the
client’s business needs and technologies. Internally, ISS also assigns a “secondary contact”:
the secondary contact is well versed in the client’s technology and
effectively provides a back up and/or additional resource to provide
continuity in network services support.
The entire network services resource pool, as well as our software and
IT staffing resources, are available for any specific project(s): we conduct
ad hoc internal meetings to discuss specific projects; whose expertise needs
to be included; how to implement the best solution from a cost effective and
forward thinking mindset. This is a
provision of professional best practice within the technology industry; a
basic requirement in our internal operations to ensure the best solution(s).
